Shipping & Returns
Big Game orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Dallas, Texas. Our shipping method is via FedEx services. Select products may also be shipped through the United States Postal Service. FedEx will not deliver to a P.O., APO, or FPO box. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to select the appropriate shipping schedule for their order. Big Game highly recommends FedEx shipping over USPS if the delivery date has a firm deadline.
Multiple transit schedules are available; it is the customer’s responsibility to choose a method that lends the most favorable transit time for their situation. A Rush option for manufactured products is available. All rush requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. A rush charge of 50% would be applied to cost of the product(s). After completing your order online please call our manufacturing facility to request rush manufacturing for your order. Please have your web order number handy when you call.
Risk of Loss
Risk of Loss for all products purchased from Big Game will pass to our shipping carrier once the product has left our factory.
We reserve the right to change descriptions, specifications, and prices of the products offered on our Site at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that descriptions, specifications and prices of products are accurate, updated, or complete at all times. Products also may not be available for delivery to your country.
Products ordered through our Site are subject of our acceptance. We may refuse to accept or may cancel any order at any time, for any reason or no reason, in our sole discretion and without liability to the purchaser or third party. If the item has been paid for prior to cancellation, we will promptly issue you a refund upon cancellation of order.
Promotional offers for free shipping exclude Hawaii, Alaska and international destinations.
If you need to return or exchange a product, we will gladly make it happen, based on the guidelines below.
We start processing your custom product(s) immediately. Therefore, cancellation or modifications to Big Game customizable orders are not possible.
Non-customized products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of ship date. To ensure proper credit, fill out the return form. Please enclose return form with the item(s) you are returning. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of ship date. Only unused items are returnable. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges. Products that have been custom printed, specially cut or assembled are not returnable.
We highly recommend contacting our office via phone or email to get a Return Authorization number before mailing back product(s). If the product is defective or damaged Big Game will provide a return address label for return at no charge to you the customer. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your return to be received and your refund issued.
We can only accept returns from purchases made through BigGameUSA.com or Big Game factory directly. However, we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the Big Game product you purchased from one of our Retail partners. Our policy on this type of issue is that you initially contact them directly to request an exchange or return. If you are having difficulty after this attempt, you can contact a Big Game customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your full name and contact information and as much detail as possible about the product, your concern and any documentation (sales receipt or email receipt) you have about the original purchases. Our customer service team will address your concern on your behalf and contact you regarding a plan of action.
Please note: Due to the large volume of general correspondence received by Big Game, a response cannot be guaranteed for inquiries not related to product orders directly through Big Game.
