It’s hard to believe it’s been 30 years.
I was nursing an ACL injury when I started painting commemorative trophy footballs for coaches and players reaching big milestones in their careers. Not long after, I knew it could be a business. And now three decades later, footballs made by Big Game football factory are used at most major college football programs on Saturdays, with thousands of high school teams around the country using our footballs. And we still make plenty of cool commemorative display footballs, too.
It takes every member of a team pulling their weight to achieve great victories, and Big Game has been no exception. We are a family, and it’s been that way since the beginning. Everyone who has been a part of the team along the way has taken great pride in building the most important object in America’s favorite game —handcrafting footballs right here in the United States.
I am endlessly humbled to see what Big Game has become, and extremely grateful to our team, our vendors and to the customers who have always believed in us and been willing to back an American company for the game we all love.
So thank you to everyone for an amazing ride so far. I can’t wait to see where we go from here.
