Big Game USA, Texas HS Football to Host Weekly ‘Big Game Battle’

DALLAS, TX – Aug. 24, 2015 – Big Game USA, a premiere manufacturer of collegiate and high school footballs, has partnered with Texas HS Football, the state’s top source for high school football news, to host a weekly “Big Game Battle” among Texas high school football teams that play with Big Game’s 1906 Official Game Footballs.

Teams are eligible for the “Big Game Battle” during any week of the season when both teams playing head-to-head are using the 1906 Football. A weekly winner is chosen based on the closest scoring game of all battles that week, with the winner of the game receiving a Big Game Trophy Football.

Big Game’s 1906 footballs are custom-made to the quarterback or team’s preferences. High school teams using the 1906 ball will sample and throw a mixture of footballs prior to the season, and Big Game will handcraft each ball to the exact specifications requested.

“This is a great opportunity to highlight the teams playing with our 1906 Game Footballs,” said Chris Calandro, Big Game USA owner. “We are thankful for the opportunity to hand make footballs for teams across the state, and continuing our partnership with Texas HS Football just makes the start of this football season even more exciting.”
